The Beach, a pastel blue lagoon and white sand heaven. At the far end of the iconic St-Jean beach, in an un spoilt setting bordered by lush vegetation, is where to spend time with family or friends soaking up the sun, sun loungers and sunshades on the water’s edge and the blue lagoon of the ocean as far as the eye can see. The children make sand castles, paddle and snorkel in the crystal-clear water before sampling a coconut sorbet, while the parents doze or life a glass of chilled Ti Punch. It’s all stress-free, just lazing on the beach until sunset lulled by the trade winds. And for early-risers, there’s a morning yoga session with a sea view.

Roasted, smoked, grilled or braised... This is where from starters to dessert, (almost)
everything is prepared on the barbeque: grilled avocado salad, Jamaican-style jerk chicken, freshly-caught fish and rock lobster, smoked rib of beef, burnt vegetables with za’atar spices, aioli and lemon confit. The desserts go on the grill too: rum-roasted pineapple, caramelized bananas, charred local fruit, XXL cookies cooked in the ambers.... Simple, stylish, rustic cuisine
made using locally-sourced and seasonal produce.

At the Rhum bar, there’s a party atmosphere without being overpowering! Sometimes the
DJ is mixing an old calypso, at others Caribbean-style summer tunes, while the barman whips up his finest Dark and Stormy or introduces you to exclusive rhums. There are smoothies and fresh fruit juices for a healthy snack and for cigar lovers you can discover the ultimate beach cigar cellar.
