From the Champs Elysées to the Caribbean. In St. Barths' Carl Gustaf, Fouquet's Restaurant and Bar transports open-minded diners away from Paris for a brasserie-inspired atmosphere and menu. Menu created by Chef Pierre Gagnaire.
Signed by Pierre Gagnaire, the Brasserie Le Fouquet's invites itself to the Caribbean revisiting the great classics, scented with spices and local flavors with a unique panoramic view of Gustavia overlooking the
Marina. Hardwood, wicker furniture and soft materials, designed by Gilles and Boissier, highlighting the
Parisian art of table service: trolley of delicacies, table service worthy of the greatest brasseries, presentation and preparation on the plate with the philosophy “elegance and passion”.
This unique spirit in a chic and quirky setting, like the island, “twists” the
great classics of flavors between land and sea, inciting curiosity and
discovery.
For sunsets there is truly no better place to be as the sun sinks elegantly below the horizon. The Fouquet's Bar
and its signature cocktails such as Sage Margaritas, chamomile-infused Negronis set the tone for the night
Offering up unique views over the shimmering lights of Gustavia's small harbour, to come overlooking the
Caribbean Sea.
